Qualifications

I have over three years of foundry experience within the Universities sculpture department.  During this period, I have learned the technical skills needed to run a successful foundry and sculpture department; which includes being actively involved in over 30 bronze pours, 8 of which where large scale Rumsey pours, and successfully orchestrating ten bronze pours independently.   My knowledge of the  foundry equipment include starting and running both 650 pound capacity furnaces, the small 100 pound speedy melt, operation of the kiln, mixing ceramic shell for mold making fabrication, operation of the muller for sand cast mold fabrication, maintaining and operating both sandblasters, welding experience, and patina knowledge.
